Designed for Kouri-Vini Consulting for Race Forward, this literature review discusses how economic mobility is influenced by power dynamics among workers, employers, and consumers and highlights the historical context of the labor movement in the US. Kouri-Vini hired Chelsea to create the layout, design and supporting illustrations to provide visual storytelling for the audience.
